Octagonal-shaped plaque in silver-plated copper embossed in relief (H 11.3 cm, width 9 cm). In the center, it features a crowned imperial eagle holding in its talons the sparkling thunderbolt of Jupiter, surrounded by a moulding with a striated background and protruding framing rods, bearing the inscription "COUNTRYSIDE GUARD of the MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT IN THE DISTRICT OF SAINT DENIS (SEINE)". The plaque has at the top, embossed in relief, the manufacturer's name "AMELING. ENGRAVER. - PASSAGE DU SAUMON."
