Certificat de libération rédigé et signé par les officiers et sous-officiers du régiment, décerné à Joseph Dufieu, caporal à la 3ème compagnie du 5ème bataillon du régiment, renvoyé dans ses foyers pour réforme le 6 mai 1813.
Document établi à Lyon, avec cachet à encre du régiment.
