Plateau en laiton doré décoré en son centre d'un motif en argent estampé en relief et découpé en forme d'aigle impériale couronnée tenant dans ses serres le fuseau de Jupiter étincelant et encadrée d'une branche de chêne et d'une branche de laurier. Complet de ses deux boutons.
