Shako en carton fort recouvert de feutre noir galonné écarlate en partie haute, H du fût 19 cm. Calotte en cuir ciré noir, diamètre 22 cm. Bourdalou en cuir noir. Cocarde en cuir peinte tricolore. Plaque de forme losangique en laiton estampé d'une aigle impériale couronnée surmontant le chiffre « 58 ». Jugulaires chacune composée d'une mentonnière en cuir recouvert d'écailles en laiton découpées en festons. Rosaces de forme ronde en laiton timbrées d'une bombe éclatante. Visière en cuir noir. Coiffe intérieure composée d'un bandeau en cuir noir surmonté d'une toile écrue. Taille environ 50/55.
Pompon en laine écarlate. Raquettes en laine écarlate.
