Médaille de Crimée pour les troupes Sardes « LA CRIMEA 1855 », en argent ; à l'avers, les quatre drapeaux des troupes alliées flottant au-dessus d'un canon, un mortier et une ancre écrasant un drapeau Russe ; au revers, la tughra du sultan Abdul-Medjid entourée d'une couronne de laurier ; anneau de suspension, ruban écarlate à deux bandes vert clair.
Diamètre de la médaille : 37 mm.
