HORSETAIL PLUME FROM THE IMPERIAL GUARD ARTILLERY ON HORSEBACK, Second Empire. 21503-3

Made of horsehair mounted on brass, marked "6260" with a wooden olive covered in scarlet braiding. Total height 26 cm, height of the olive 3 cm. The plume is divided into two parts: a scarlet base 7 cm high and the upper part in white horsehair 9.5 cm long.
