Monture en laiton. Branche de garde décorée de coquilles Saint Jacques et de branches de chêne et de laurier. Pommeau décoré de feuillages et de coquilles Saint Jacques. Poignée d'ébène filigrané argent. Clavier décoré en relief d'une ancre de marine surmontée de la couronne impériale, clavier arrière ployant. Lame à deux pans, longueur 70,6 cm. Fourreau en cuir verni noir à deux garnitures de laiton.

Dragonne d'officier supérieur en passementerie d'argent doré, avec gland à gros bouillon dit « graines d'épinard ».

Bon état, lame avec quelques oxydations, fourreau avec une pliure en partie haute et un accident et déchirure sur 2 cm sur l'un de ses côtés, passementerie de la dragonne oxydée.
