INSTRUCTION from the Ministry Secretary of State for War, on the method of Receiving the new Flags, Standards and Guidons, in all the Corps which make up the French Army.

This instruction concerns the blessing of the flags when they are received by the Regiments. Done in Paris on August 12, 1814 and signed by Lieutenant General Count Dupont, and for certified copy the Field Marshal, Secretary General of the Ministry, Baron d'Arvesse, Legendre.
