Gouache couleurs originale signée en bas à gauche du peintre présentant un chevau-léger en tenue de campagne à cheval. H 32 cm, largeur 21 cm. Présentée avec une marie-louise, cadre en bois contemporain, H 60, largeur 45 cm. Gouache ayant servi à illustrer l'ouvrage de Thomas « Un régiment rhénan sous Napoléon Ier, Liège 1928 ».
