Brass hilt. Four-branch guard, stamped "920", with a "28" "B" stamp surrounded by a chain for Inspector J.G. Bick, first-class controller from May 1815 to August 1824, and a "B" within a laurel wreath for Inspector J.J.C. Bureau, from February 1819 to March 1822. Short-tailed pommel. Leather-wrapped wooden grip with filigree brass, brass ferrule. Straight blade with double hollow grooves, length 95.3 cm, stamped with a "B" surrounded by a chain for Inspector J.G. Bick, first-class controller from May 1815 to August 1824, a "B" within a laurel wreath for Inspector J.J.C. Bureau, from February 1819 to March 1822, and an "L" for inspector F.L. Lobstein, from 1813 to July 1821. It is signed on the back of the blade "Manufre Rle du Klingenthal February 1816". Natural buffalo cravat. Steel scabbard with two carrying rings, same "920" mark as on the guard.
