Pistolet produit par la Manufacture de Saint Étienne, modèle 1763, date de production sur la queue de culasse en partie effacée « .77. ».
Monture en noyer, embouchoir, contre-platine, pontet et calotte en laiton fondu; platine, bassinet, chien, batterie et queue de détente en acier. Gravé sur la platine « Manufacture de St Étienne », ainsi que du poinçon du contrôleur Hubert Rozier « HR » couronné. Canon rond en acier avec marquage de rappel de l'année de production « 75 » d'une couronne, d'une fleur de lys, marquages relativement usés.
Baguette à tête de clou en acier.

Longueur totale de l'arme : 405mm
Calibre : 17,1mm

Bon état de conservation, mécanisme en très bon état.
