Brass hilt with a single branch, overflowing pommel and openwork foliage shell. Ebony grip.
Hollow-ground blade with a rounded back, faded signature. Length 73.2 cm. Heel of the blade stamped with a "G" in a circle and "B" under a crown in an oval, marks of officer blades from the Coulaux company in Klingenthal for trade.
Black varnished leather scabbard with three brass fittings.
Good condition, missing the filigree, leather scabbard with some scuffs.
