Théophile Malo de La Tour d'Auvergne-Corret, born November 23, 1743 in Carhaix in Brittany and died June 27, 1800 (aged 56) in Oberhausen in Bavaria, is a French soldier. Napoleon gave him the title “first grenadier of the Republic”. He also wrote several works on the history of Brittany and Celtic languages.
