En drap bleu foncé, croisé droit à l'avant, garni de chaque côté de onze boutonnières avec boutons en laiton fondu représentant une ancre de marine avec l'inscription « ÉQUIPAGE DE LIGNE » (diamètre 1,7 cm), revers garnis chacun d'une ancre découpée en drap écarlate (postérieure). Col et parements en drap bleu foncé, parements à deux boutonnières. Doublure intérieure en toile beige avec cachet à l'ancre de marine SD, daté du 2e trimestre 1851, matriculé 60558.
