Canon octogonal, longueur 17,8 cm, longueur avec la queue de culasse 23,2 cm, bleui avec filets or aux extrémités, gravé sur la queue de culasse d'une gerbe de blé et de branches de laurier à la bouche. Canon légèrement tromblonné à la bouche avec canon rayé, calibre 17 mm. Platine en acier bruni signée « LEPAGE A PARIS / FOUReur de SM L'Emp ». Toutes garnitures en acier bruni gravé de corolles de feuillages. Baguette en fanon de baleine avec tête à clou en ivoire. Fût en noyer. Crosse pentée finement quadrillée.
Longueur totale de l'arme 32 cm.
