Cap entirely in dark green, almost black cloth, H at the front 8 cm, headband embroidered in threads, cannetilles and silver sequins of two oak branches linked together by a ribbon, it is bordered at the top with a braid silver. Turban garnished with flat silver braids. Cap decorated with a Hungarian knot made by four small flat braids in silver trimmings. Visor in black patent leather, lined with green waxed morocco on the inside and lined with a saddle-folded and sewn black calfskin band. Above the visor, a silver braid in the shape of a false chin strap is held on each side by two silver metal bell buttons. Inner headdress in black silk with sweatband in iron-gilded black waxed leather in the upper part. In the silk, manufacturer's marking in Paris has become illegible.
Good condition, a few moth holes in the lower part of the headband, worn interior cover.
