De forme ronde, en argent, gravure par « W.WYON », avers profil tête à senestre du Prince Régent, revers trophée d'armes et deux rameaux de lauriers encadrant la légende « WATERLOO JUN. XVIII », en exergue « HANNOVERSCHER TAPFERKEIT ». Sur la tranche attribution nominative en lettres latines majuscules, encadrée d'étoiles : « SOLDAT CLAUS SCHLOBOM LANDW. BAT BREMERVOERDE ». ( bataillon de réserve de Bremervorde). Suspension par anneau en fer et passant plat en fer. Ruban cramoisi bordé de deux raies verticales bleu de ciel.
