De forme ronde, en bronze, profil tête à dextre du Duc Friedrich Wilhelm de Brunswick, par C. HÄSELER, revers date « 1815 » encadrée de rameaux de feuilles de lauriers et de chêne, bordé de l'inscription « Braunschweig seinen Kriegern - Quatrebras und Waterloo », frappée de l'attribution nominative sur la tranche en lettres latines « ludw. diedrichs. 2. iaeg. bat »
