De forme ronde, en argent, gravure par « T.WYON », avers profil tête à dextre du Prince Régent, revers allégorie de la Victoire assise sur un cartouche avec la légende « WATERLOO JUNE 18. 1815 », en exergue nom de « WELLINGTON ». Sur la tranche, attribution nominative en lettres latines majuscules, encadrée d'étoiles : « JAMES KELLY GUNNER ROYAL FOOT ARTILLERY ». Suspension à anneau de fer et passant plat en fer. Ruban cramoisi bordé de deux raies verticales bleu foncé.
Ø 36 mm.
Largeur du ruban 38 mm.

Très bon état, quelques petites rayures, sur la tranche usure de quelques lettres.
