En argent, de forme oval. Avers représentant un trophée militaire et l'inscription «.FUR TAPFERKEIT UND GUTES BETRAGEN » ; revers avec les initiales H N couronnées surmontant la date 1809 dans une couronne composée d'une branche de laurier et d'une de chêne, anneau lisse. Ruban bleu bordé de blanc.
H 4,3 cm, largeur 3,3 cm.
