En bronze doré, de forme ovale. Avers avec en son centre une blason ovale à trois fleurs de lys et deux mains serrées avec inscription « LA LOI LE ROI », ce blason est posé sur une épée avec deux faisceaux de licteurs croisés, il est encadré de deux branches de laurier et coiffé d'un bonnet phrygien, près de la bordure extérieure à moulure saillante l'inscription « PACTE FEDERATIF À PARIS ». Revers avec inscription « NOUS.. JURONS DE MAINTENIR LA CONSTITUn. DU ROIAUME 14 .juillet 1790. (sic)»
