OFFICER SHAKO PLATE OF THE 8th INFANTRY REGIMENT, 1831 MODEL, JULY MONARCHY.

Gilt brass embossed plate depicting a Gallic rooster surrounded by two laurel branches on a radiant sun background, placed on a base with an oak and laurel wreath on a sand background in the center of which the number "8" is cut out in the middle of an oak leaf crown on a background of flag bundles. Height 13.6 cm, width 10.6 cm.

Perfect condition, plate retaining all of its gilding.
