Coiffe entièrement en drap bleu foncé presque noir, passepoils en cordonnet de laine jonquille, à l'avant du bandeau chiffre « 15 » en drap jonquille, découpé et cousu. Jugulaire en cuir noir maintenue par deux boutons demi-sphériques en étain. Visière en fort cuir de vache noir de forme carrée. Coiffe intérieure en basane noire.

Assez bon état, trous de mites, manques et restauration au drap, passepoils usagés.
