En drap bleu foncé presque noir, fermant à l'avant au moyen de deux rangées de cinq boutons chacune. Boutons en métal étamé, demi-bombés et lisses, marqués sur la bordure extérieure « GARDE NATIONALE », diamètre 2 cm. Collet garance. Pattes d'épaules en drap d'uniforme passepoilé garance. Revers en drap garance surmonté de trois galons d'argent. Intérieur en drap et soie bleu foncé presque noir.
