Entirely gold bullion, embroidered with gold sequins ; gold braid strap richly embroidered with flower and palm-leaf design. Scarlet cloth lining. Thick silver fringe, labelled « À l’Écharpe de Général rue du Bac n° 17 HENAULT, neveu et successeur d’Habert… à Paris ».
In their original carboard box, wrapped in blue paper and labelled «À l’Écharpe de Général rue du Bac n° 17 HENAULT, neveu et successeur d’Habert… à Paris». (Sic)
Mint condition.
Ensemble ayant appartenant au comte d’Archer Montgascon, né en 1792 et décédé en 1855, officier à l’état-major général, aide de camp, officier d’ordonnance, puis secrétaire du Duc d’Angoulême de 1815 à 1830.
