AN VIII. / BONAPARTE FIRST CONSUL - CAMBACERES SECd CONSl. - THE BROWN THREE. CONSl. ". On the reverse, it is marked “DEPARTMENTAL COLUMN / LUCIEN BONAPARTE BEING MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR N.TH.B. FROCHOT PREFECT OF THE Dt. OF THE SEINE ASKED THE Pre. PETER THE XXV MESSIDOR YEAR VIII 11 YEARS AFTER JULY 14 MDCCLXXXIX / WAR OF FREEDOM THE DEPARTMENT OF THE SEINE TO ITS BRAVES”.
