PLAQUE DE CEINTURON D'OFFICIER DE GENDARMERIE modèle du 22 décembre 1790 1790, Révolution.

Plaque en laiton doré de forme rectangulaire aux angles coupés (L 98 mm avec la courbure, L 88 mm sans la courbure ; H 78 mm), en son centre est rivetée une plaque rectangulaire aux angles coupés L 57 mm ; H 67 mm) ; elle est estampée en relief de l'oeil de la vigilance sur fond de soleil rayonnant surmontant une banderole portant l'inscription « FORCE A LA LOI », le tout encadré d'une branche de feuilles de chêne et d'une de laurier, chaque angle décoré d'une bombe enflammée.
À l'arrière, la plaque est complète de son crochet et de son pontet, il manque les deux ardillons.
Parfait état.
