Plaque en laiton estampé en relief, de forme rectangulaire aux angles coupés. H 6 cm, largeur 5,3 cm. Elle représente un blason décoré d'une abeille entouré d'une branche de lys et d'une branche de rosier. En partie haute, un ruban porte l'inscription « INSion FEUILLATRE » et en partie basse « ORLEANS ». Elle est complète de son pontet et de son crochet arrière, le crochet porte l'inscription « KAAN & PICARD 11 RUE PORTEFOIN 11 »
