Couverture en veau au nom de Blancard, matricule 7218 (barré) puis 1271. Livret composé de 48 pages. Première page au nom de Léopold Jean Baptiste Blancard, imprimée et manuscrite en noir, fait à Courbevoie le 9 avril 1861. L’état-civil nous indique que le sieur Blancard est étudiant, né le 18 juillet 1840, venant du département de l’Aude. Incorporé comme voltigeur, il sera nommé caporal le 11 octobre 1862 et quittera le corps en 1864. Livret bien rempli. Format 17 cm x 11 cm.
