En drap vert foncé presque noir décoré à l'avant de part et d'autre de 8 larges boutonnières en fils, cannetilles et sequins d'argent. Chaque boutonnière figure une branche de chêne terminée par trois feuilles et un gland à franges. Les 4 boutonnières postérieures permettent de fermer l'habit. Boutons d'uniforme en drap de l'habit brodés de motifs floraux en passementerie d'argent. Collet peu élevé de 3,5 cm de haut brodé pareillement aux boutonnières. Parements coupés droits à deux broderies reprenant le dessin des boutonnières.
À l'arrière, deux fausse poches horizontales sont brodées de trois motifs reprenant le dessin des boutonnières. Au bas du dos le noeud de taille est brodé en suite avec 2 boutons d'uniforme. Doublure en toile écrue.

Assez bon état, le drap légèrement insolé avec quelques trous de mites, le bas des manches a subi une modification ancienne.
