Monture en laiton doré. Garde à trois branches gravées de feuillages. Clavier poinçonné « MANCEAUX A PARIS ». Calotte à courte queue gravée de branches de laurier. Poignée en bois gainé de veau filigrané (manque 80% du veau et 90% du filigrane). Lame courbe à pans-creux, longueur 90,07 cm, gravée « DONNÉ PAR LE ROI » et signée sur le talon « Mre Rle de Klingenthal, Juilet 1825 ». Cravate en buffle naturel. Sans fourreau.

Mauvais état, la dorure de la monture est en grande partie absente, veau et filigrane également, assez forte oxydation de la lame. Sabre sortant de famille, jamais nettoyé.
