Monture en métal nickelé. Garde à cinq branches, près du quillon sont rivetées trois étoiles en argent. Calotte à longue queue. Fusée en corne filigranée. Lame à gouttières, longueur 86 cm, signée au talon « Mr d'armes de Châtl novembre 1875 officier supérieur mle 1855 ». Cravate en cuir naturel. Fourreau en acier nickelé à un bracelet de bélière.

Bon état de conservation, nickelage en partie absent sur la monture et oxydation du fourreau.
