HAUSSE-COL D'OFFICIER DU 39ème RÉGIMENT D'INFANTERIE, PREMIER EMPIRE.

Plateau en laiton doré avec motif central en argent estampé en relief et découpé en forme d'aigle impériale couronnée ayant sur le poitrail un écusson gravé du chiffre « 39 », aigle ceinte d'une couronne de deux palmes. Motif authentique mais refixé. Boutons manquants, doublure en veau changée.

Très bon état, plateau ayant conservé 80% de sa dorure, repercé lors d'un changement d'affectation.

HISTORIQUE :
Le 39ème Régiment d'Infanterie a participé aux batailles d'Elchingel en 1805, Iéna en 1806, Eylau et Friedland en 1807, campagne d'Espagne et d'Allemagne en 1809 où il combat à Essling et Wagram, Les Arapilles en 1812, Dantzig et Dresde en 1813, Toulouse en 1814.
