Plaque en laiton de forme rectangulaire, H 9,5 cm, largeur 7,5 cm, estampée en relief d'un cartouche dans lequel est représentée l'aigle impériale non couronnée tenant dans ses serres le fuseau de Jupiter étincelant surmontée de l'inscription « GARDE DE PARIS » et surmontant une banderole portant l'inscription « SURETE PUBLIQUE ».

Baudrier en buffle blanc à bords piqués en relief, largeur 6,8 cm, matriculé « 2148 » et portant le nom « TAUDAU ».
