Cylindrical barrel with two side flats at the breech, slightly swamped, length 18.9 cm, marked "82." Square breech tang, barrel length with breech tang 22 cm. Heel drilled for the rear screw of the lock plate, blind tapped hole under the heel for the front trigger screw. Musket lock adapted to the pistol by shortening, the lock plate body does not end in a point but in two slightly rounded parts connected by a slight recess. It is marked "M Rle de tulle," stamped with a "C" under a crown. Brass pan. Stock in the shape of a grip similar to the 1777 box pistol. Fittings stamped with a "C" under a crown, trigger parts in iron, fastened at the rear by the high screw of the pommel and at the front by a screw received in the hole under the breech tang. Iron handle strap engaged under the breech tang and secured by its screw, rear engaged under the pommel and held by its high screw. Brass trigger guard. Brass muzzle cap encircling the barrel and stock, its inner part fixed under the trigger guard. Very elongated front sight and slot for the ramrod. Brass pommel fixed by two screws. Steel belt hook fixed by the rear screw of the counterplate. A notch near the buckle prevents the hook from rotating. Iron ramrod, nail-shaped head.
