En drap fin noir, coupé droit sur le devant en forme de frac, garni de neuf boutons timbrés du faisceau de licteur et encadré d'une branche de feuilles de laurier et de chêne, fermant au moyen de trois agrafes. Habit encadré d'une course de feuilles de chêne encadrée d'une baguette de chaque côté. Deux gros boutons d'uniforme à la taille. Collet droit à angles arrondis, parements de manches et écusson du bas de taille garni de broderies se composant de feuilles d'acanthe et de fleurs de lys entrelacées en cannetille et paillettes or. Brides pour maintien de décoration sur le pan gauche de l'habit.
Doublure en satin noir. Étiquette du tailleur «JULES MARIA 14 rue du 4 Septembre - PARIS».
