Bronze représentant en pied l'Empereur Napoléon coiffé de son célèbre chapeau et en redingote. H du personnage seul 40,6 cm, H avec socle en bronze 42,5 cm. La terrasse est signée Pinedo. À l'arrière du bronze, cachet avec étoile de la Légion d'Honneur portant l'inscription « BRONZE GARANTI AU TITRE PARIS ». Il est présenté sur un socle en marbre de 8 cm de haut.

Très bon état, anciennement doré, manque un éperon.
