Monture fantaisie à la mode au sein de la gendarmerie à partir de 1791 ; en fer bronzé à branche latérale amovible, calotte et poignée d’ébène cannelée. Lame plate (longueur 63 cm) et à dos finement gravé sur l’extérieur de « gendarmerie nationale » avec sur l’intérieur « cinq.div.dept. » et à la suite en plus petits caractères ajoutés « loire inf. bde de nantes ». Fourreau de cuir noirci à garnitures de laiton à filets, chape à bouton et bout à talon.

Très bon état, oxydation d'usage sur la monture et sur la lame, gravure parfaitement lisible non effacée, couture arrière du fourreau décousue en partie haute, cuir du fourreau ancien mais probablement changé.

RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned within 8 days of receipt. They must be returned by registered mail at the sender's expense, in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
