Blank leave with title vignette representing a frame and a port scene at the front of which an imposing trophy composed of cornucopias, naval anchors, cannons, flags, ensigns, lictor's beam, tridents, lances, striker and in the foreground a medal representing the French Republic holding a lictor's fasces and a pike wearing a red cap, and a large ribbon bearing the inscription "FRENCH REPUBLIC".
The document has a framing strip richly decorated with ropes, marine anchors, fishing nets and boats.
H 43.5 cm, width 28.5 cm.

Good condition despite a central fold and a vertical tear of 4 cm, without missing.
