Congé imprimé sur papier, avec cachet à encre et grande vignette en noir et blanc représentant de part et d'autre des soldats d'infanterie. Il est daté du 1er juillet 1801 avec les signatures du général Mortier, futur maréchal d'Empire et du chef de brigade Roguet, nommé à ce grade sur le champ de bataille, futur général de division, baron de l'Empire et colonel en second du 1er régiment des grenadiers de la Garde. H 25 cm, largeur 40 cm.

Assez bon état, réparations en partie basse.
