Monture en bronze doré, garde à trois branches formant coquille ajourée décorée de branches de laurier avec en son centre une ancre de marine posée sur un faisceau de drapeaux. Calotte à longue queue décorée d'un fleuron et de branches de laurier. Poignée en corne filigranée laiton. Lame droite à gouttières et pans creux, contre-tranchant bombé, dos à jonc, longueur 76,4 cm ; dos gravé « Manufacture de Klingenthal Coulaux aîné & Cie ». Cravate en drap rouge. Fourreau en cuir verni noir à trois garnitures en bronze doré.

Très bon état de conservation, dorure en partie effacée, cuir du fourreau légèrement écaillé avec couture latérale décousue par endroits.
