HORSE ARTILLERY OFFICER'S GIBERNE FOR THE GRAND OUTFIT, Second Republic. 7536

Wooden box covered in blue morocco (H 7.5 cm, width 14 cm). Gilded brass sides. Gilded brass tab bordered by a protruding guilloché framing strip. In the center, two crossed cannons are stapled, topped with a bursting bomb. Leather banner entirely covered with a 5.3 cm wide gold trimmings braid with gold trimmings: buckle, loop, shield and a badge stamped with a pomegranate (the lion's muzzle is missing).
