Bandeau en drap vert, H 4 cm. Coiffe en drap écarlate, H à l'avant 3 cm, H à l'arrière 6 cm. Calotte en drap écarlate, diamètre environ 13 cm. Tresse vert foncé garnissant la coiffe, le pourtour de la calotte et la partie supérieure du bandeau. Grenade découpée en drap écarlate cousue à l'avant du bandeau, H 4 cm, largeur 3 cm. Visière (largeur 3,5 cm) en cuir fort ciré noir, de forme carrée, cousue au bas du bandeau. Coiffe intérieure en toile cirée noire et bandeau en cuir.
