Double plateau de forme ronde (diamètre 4 cm) en laiton doré estampé en relief d'une tête de Méduse bordé d'une moulure saillante. Arrière avec pontet. Sur les parties intérieures un piton permettant le passage d'une boucle en forme de S représentant deux têtes de serpent.
