SADDLE CLOTH:
Made of dark royal blue cloth bordered with a silver braided trim featuring oak and laurel branches with scalloped edges. "Between legs" leather protection plate in black waxed leather at boot level. In each rear corner, an ornament embroidered with silver threads, silver bullion, and red silk depicting an N under an imperial crown. Lined with grey cloth.
STIRRUPS:
Made of high-quality tawny leather (strap cut at one end) with a silver-plated brass mouthpiece.
GRAND DRESS STIRRUP COVERS:
Tawny leather covered in dark royal blue cloth bordered with a silver braided trim; each one embroidered with an ornament of silver threads, silver bullion, and red silk depicting an imperial crown.
PETIT DRESS STIRRUP COVERS:
Tawny leather covered in panther skin bordered with a silver braided trim and dark royal blue cloth soutache.

Very good condition.
NOTE:
An extremely rare set, personally, I am only aware of one other identical example (without the grand dress stirrup covers) which is held in the collections of the Army Museum under inventory number CC 380 6-7-8.
