SCHABRAQUE TROUPE DE CAVALERIE LÉGÈRE, PREMIER TIERS DU XIXème SIÈCLE.

Schabraque en peau de mouton blanc doublée en toile écrue et garnie, sur tout son pourtour, d’un galon en drap cramoisi (largeur 4,5 cm) découpé en forme de dents de loup sur sa partie extérieure.
Sa longueur, mesurée de son extrémité antérieure à son extrémité postérieure, est de 90 cm, non compris sa bordure. Sa largeur, à son extrémité antérieure, ou à ses bras, est de 1 m 02. Les extrémités antérieures basses, ou les bras de la schabraque, sont arrondies.
À son bord postérieur, la largeur de la schabraque est de 1 m.
Au niveau des bottes, protection en basane cirée noire découpée en feston dans le bas (largeur 30 cm, H 24 cm).
