Shako in leather covered in dark blue cloth with blue lacquered vent on the sides and scarlet piping. Upper braid in scarlet wool, cap in black patent leather, bourdalou in black patent leather, metal cockade embossed with a radiant sun and tricolor lacquered, held to the frame by means of a smooth brass button and a wool braid scarlet. Brass front plate stamped in relief of the caduceus with mirror on a background of a bundle of flags framed by an oak branch and a laurel branch. Rounded visor in black patent leather. Inner headdress made up of a black waxed sheepskin headband. Label stuck to the back of the partially torn cap where we can only distinguish the first two words "3rd section...".
H at the front 10.5 cm, at the back 12.5 cm.
Tricolor wool pompom (blue-white-red).
