Plateau en laiton doré, motif central en argent estampé et découpé en forme d'une aigle impériale tenant dans ses serres le fuseau de Jupiter étincelant brochée sur une ancre de marine et surmontée de la couronne impériale. Complet de sa doublure en veau blanc et de ses deux boutons en passementerie d'argent.
