Plateau en laiton doré avec motif central représentant les Armes de France sous couronne encadrées de deux palmes, le tout broché sur une ancre de marine posée sur un faisceau de drapeaux fleur de lysés. Complet de sa doublure en veau blanc et de ses boutons en passementerie d'argent.

État proche du neuf, pièce ayant conservé toute sa dorure.
