Plaque en cuivre argenté estampé en relief des Armes de France encadrées de deux palmes, à l'origine surmontées d'une couronne royale qui a été coupée, posées sur un soubassement en forme de bouclier frappé en relief de l'inscription « D.P.T. DE LA VIENNE » et bordé dans le bas de deux branches de lys et encadré de chaque côté d'un heaume antique (manque le heaume de la partie gauche). H 12,5 cm, largeur 11,5 cm.
